Newly released police bodycam video shows Florida medics saving former NFL Cleveland Browns player Peyton Hillis. Moments earlier, the hero dad saved his son and daughter after they were swept away by a riptide. His kids made it out unharmed but Hillis was in rough shape. A helicopter was called in and Hillis was flown to a nearby hospital. Thankfully, he was discharged after spending two weeks in the hospital.

Do NOT try to swim directly into to shore. Swim along the shoreline until you escape the current's pull. When free from the pull of the current, swim at an angle away from the current toward shore

His girlfriend was more worried about her dog than her people! Why isn't she comforting the daughter and who's baby is that poor little girl taking care of after almost drowning? So thankful this hero Dad was able to save his children and for the medical hero's who saved him🙏
I've been caught in a current and am in good shape . I can't imagine swimming against and through it towing another person. If he wasn't in that kind of shape it wouldn't have ended well.
