A crunchy, chocolate dream combo perfect for a snack to go with a lil bit of prep ;) Ingredients: 1 cup cashews 1/2 cup buckwheat kernels 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 cup soaked pitted dates, keep some liquid 1/3 cup peanut butter 2 Tbsp maple syrup + some date liquid to help blend if needed (adding 1 Tbsp at a time) Soak your dates with boiled water for 5 min Add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until can roll into balls (doesn’t have to be smooth!) Roll into bite sized balls and keep in fridge!
