Weekend pizza time. Some things to note, ideally if you have a food processor or immersion blender use that to make the pizza sauce fine, improves upon it a lot i think. Also I don't have a pizza peel, so I tend to place my stretched dough on some baking/parchment paper and transfer that into the oven. Should also note I use a 1:1 ratio of semolina flour:bread flour for flouring my surfaces when making pizza.
