you won't be able to purchase food if you don't have a chip and or if you have a low rating based on your credit score your drivers history what you do or do not say etc. If you buy too much food they will want to know who is it for are you stalking up on food why? Are you giving food to people who don't have a chip or have low scores that they cant shop at this store? We can all see where this is going.
