My father was in lic and retired in December 2017. I asked about the increment and other perks allowance that you mentioned in the video. He said the increment depends on which city an employee is posted. The salary structure you mentioned is all true despite certain conditions applied on city posting and number of experience you have had in an organisation. Yes, MBA degree also provides an edge and expect a hike of 10k-12k per month. Since he was too retired as senior administrative officer(Accounts). Both the persons data are absolutely true. So a new Joinee AAO can draw a salary of around 1-1.5 lakh per month.
