bhai lic ko bank se kyu compare kar rahe ho. bank chord ke log lic jate hai lic chord ke hardly koi ata hai. to yaha sabkuch clear hai ki lic bilkul badiya hai bank se. 1 aur baat batauga mene bi bank me kaam kia hai bank me kaam karne se badiya pvt IT me kaam karo mene pvt me bi kaam kia hai aaram se chutti milegi salary jada hogi pvt me upar se workload bi almost same hai. bank ki job meri sabse ghatia job thi aajtak.

For the unversed, before makin a call, remember an LIC AAO is taking average 9-10 years to get 1st promotion as A.O. whereas Bank P.O. wud have had 3 promotions by this time. So its not just the entry salary that matters.

Secondly, their profile and risk exposure is completely different.

Thirdly, 5 days week LIC got on the basis of GIC pattern n has nothing to do with banks. So dont crib bank unions. With the way bank r making losses, unions still got more than they were offered.

Fourthly,Banks r continuously making loss with increased NPA whereas LIC is a behemoth Giant stabilizing even stock market turbulence and is 70 percent market share holder in its field.

Cud have gone on n on but i guess Itna gyaan kaafi hai tum logon ke liye.

Sabke pros n cons hote hain, make career decisions wisely n not just based on small video or limited info.

when employee promoted from CL III to CL I as AAO and salary fixed at first basic of Aao then he/she will be eligible or not for half of Spl allowance for officer introduced in Gazette.
