There are those that would describe the perfect brownie as cakey with an airier interior, and then there are those who prefer them on the fudgier side. And while the ingredients in both recipes aren’t that different, it’s the ratios that vary just enough to totally change the texture of the final product. You shouldn't have added salt in a sweet dish
I hate AMERICANS using the imperial measuring, who the f..k uses it anymore, what is wrong with scientifically more universal stuff like lt, ml, gram, kg, sending the spaceship to the space and still using the nonsense oz, galon!, pound etc etc! Do you know why one of the spaceships exploded because one of the m.f....cker used inches instead of cm!!
Can you pls guide us as to the type of chocolate to be used for brownies like a plain chocolate or is it fine to use a compond chocolate ..

Can anyone help in this with grams please
Is 330 degrees equivalent to 180 deg?
this looks so tasty and beautiful gonna making this for my birthday in two days
where is the cakey brownie recipe????In the video he only showed the fudgy one.
170g chocolate
110g butter
1 1/2 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup cacao
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup +2 tbs of flour
A BIG DISCLAIMER TO EVERYONE.
Before putting in the sugar, consider the size of your sugar grains, my sugar has very big crystals hence when I poured it in, it sucked all the chocolate up instead of the chocolate melting them. It was ruined. The next batch I made, was with powdered sugar, and it came out really good.
Thank you, too chef
Thank you kind lady for the recipe
God bless
What is the weight of the butter?
I made the fudgy brownies recently according to this recipe, and I have to say- this is a solid, fairly easy recipe! The first batch I made didn't set up properly, so definitely mind the cooking time (mine probably needed about 5 minutes more), but even when it was a little gooey it tasted great.
I heated my chocolate and butter via microwaving in a glass bowl in 30 second increments and stirring between each go. Perhaps less professional than his method, but it's effective all the same
So for cakey brownies do we add three?
I’m confused
I made this omg they were so beautiful. I used sweet dark chocolate. Thank you so much❤❤😍😍
