Moscow needs to be harshly bombed, to awaken the russian people to reality.
Any 'negotiations' that may take place with Russia will not occur until Putin is completely out of Ukraine and that includes Crimea. It is only then that Ukraine can discuss the names of those that have been complicit in war crimes against Ukrainian civilians. Ukraine and Russia can then move on to discuss how Russia intend paying for the complete reconstruction of Ukraine. Naturally all countries that have contributed so much to Ukraine's defence are welcome to be present at these discussions.
